In the event of a refund, you are required to give 60 days written notice to the company. Within this period, your refund shall be processed (if applicable) as follows:

•3 months plan from the date of first payment: less than 35% administrative fees.

•6 months from the date of first payment: less than 37% administrative fees.

•After 6 months from the date of payment: No refund.

Cancellation of Subscription

Vertex City reserves the right to terminate your transaction where you fail to meet your payment plan, fail to meet the purchase requirements, fail to adhere to the terms and conditions contained herein, or where you choose to cancel your subscription.

Vertex City shall not be obligated to procure a third party to acquire your interests in your plot(s). The relevant conditions to cancellation/refund request apply.
